Fun with Arrays

This was a very easy thing to do in Cinema 4D. Tutorial is here .

Wine Bottle with Glasses

I decided to finally call it a day with this Cinema 4D model. I'm pretty happy with it, but can't seem to get the environment right. But, I'm cool with it. I used this tutorial to get the ball rolling here.

Fun with Textures

I just placed a bunch of primitives in a scene and played with some different textures from the Cinema 4D textures site here . I really like the capsule texture -- so shiny!

Bottles ver 1.0 Cinema 4D

I wanted to try a bottle study, and I am pretty happy with my first attempt. I used lathe nurbes to make the bottle shape, after drawing a curve in Illustrator. I applied my own glass and surrounding textures, and grabbed the Heineken label from the web. My next attempt will use pop bottles and improve the overall surroundings.

Vector Logo to 3d : Cinema 4D

This is a 3D version of a logo I made in Illustrator. I found a great tutorial on transforming vector graphics using Cinema 4D here . There is also a part where you learn to animate it, which I will do later. The tutorial was really well presented and easy to understand.

3D Text in Cinema 4D

I tried this tutorial on making 3D text. It was pretty fun, but I need to learn how to set up an environment using a proper floor and light setup. I downloaded a Blade Runner font - cool!

Caustics Tutorial

This is my first Cinema4D caustics tutorial, which I found here . It was a very good video tutorial, but my caustics window did not look the same in Render Settings.

Stupid Light Bulb

I did this semi-crusty light bulb in Cinema4D using this tutorial . This tutorial isn't for super C4D beginners, but pretty close. However, not knowing how to do some key functions, I got lost a bit. Instead of starting over again and again, I just "completed" the steps and called it a day. I kinda like the top part with the glass though.
